Lender Recommendation

Project quality control is accomplished through repeated checking by architects and engineers assigned to the project.  At various times throughout the project, drawings are overlaid and checked for consistency among various disciplines.  At completion, each discipline and the Project Manager must sign a final “Project Completion Check List.”  This confirms that a review of the document meets the criteria of the “Document Final Review Manual.”  This process improves the accuracy and completeness of the Construction Documents and minimizes the questions, ambiguities and change orders during construction.
